SR WEB APPLICATION PROGRAMMER
If you enjoy building complex web apps with PHP, MySQL, CSS, and JavaScript this job is for you.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- PHP (the biggie), MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery.
- An extremely high attention to detail
- Familiarity with the MVC pattern
- Minimum of a BS or BA in Computer Science
- Minimum of two years on the job programming experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of web design / development best practices
- Strong grasp on navigation, web site planning, GUI for maximizing usability
- Familiarity with W3C standards
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative and flexible environment
- Must have high integrity and a strong work ethic

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We are seeking a customer service orientated Technical Support Specialist who will be devoted to working with people and technology to provide resolutions. Successful candidates must be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and keep multiple projects organized, on track, and moving forward. Applicants must also be energetic, reliable, detail-oriented and have exceptional communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Platforms and multiple browsers
- Minimum of two years post high school education
- Minimum of one year on the job customer service experience

- Maintaining customer relationships by providing superior technical support and customer service
- Documenting all client interaction into internal call database
- Providing software support to clients via phone and email

- Creating documentation for both end user reference and tech team reference
