Is it possible to possible to setup an iCal feed for an entire schedule (e.g. shift schedule for a station)? Allowing members to see who is working.

    • Aladtec, Inc. says:

Hi Sam. Great question! In order to see who all is working, you would want to look in your Aladtec system. On your mobile, it would be the Daily Summary, listing all who is working along with the schedules. In desktop, you can look at any schedule view. The iCal feed would only show your own schedule linked to your personal calendar. -Nancy

Is there way in google calendar to have the calendar fill in the hours that you work instead of it being an all day event? Just curious if its possible

    • Aladtec, Inc. says:

Hi Daniel. I would suggest deleting your iCal link and then re-sync it again. The hours should be displayed in your Google calendar. It can take up to 24 hours for it to display once it is synced. If that still does not work, please contact our support team at support@aladtec.com and our IT specialist would be happy to assist you.
