Administrators with Schedule Authority can quickly modify schedules in the Hourly Editor by dragging and dropping existing scheduled shifts from one position to another. The existing scheduled shifts can be easily dropped into an open position, or a position filled by block time or another member.
In the Hourly Editor, when dragging a member’s scheduled shift or block time, a yellow bar will indicate where the shift will be dropped and will only display if a member is qualified for that position, see the example below. Members are only allowed to be dropped into a position based on Work Qualifications in My Info; while block time is allowed in any position.
Dropping the scheduled shift on top of a position already filled by another member or block time requires confirmation before the current scheduled shift will be replaced.
