Latest Aladtec Updates

Here are just a few of the recent updates we’ve made:

5-Minute Intervals 
Now available is the ability to schedule shifts down to the 5-minute mark. Aladtec offers time intervals of 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 1 hour. If you are interested in changing your interval level, please contact Customer Support.  

New Integration – PowerDetails 
Adding to our integrations list, we’ve just recently included PowerDetails. The integration between PowerDetails and Aladtec greatly enhances the agency’s ability to enforce policy around fatigue prevention, and it eliminates the possibility of users double-booking themselves.  

A customer can add an integration between Aladtec and another software, giving them a complete end-to-end solution. Current integrations assist with alerting, dashboards, reports, performance reviews, and more.  For a complete list of integrations, please click here.  

Coverage Alerts 
Looking to see if a member who is currently working, can stay after their shift to cover another shift? You can now quickly send out a coverage alert to just those members using the Limit To feature.  

Check the box, as shown below, and the coverage alert will be sent to only those members ending a shift, when the open shift starts. Quickly and easily fill that shift!
